Does the nutritional information for the meals encompass sauce macros?

The impact of the sauce’s calories on the meal’s overall macronutrient balance is negligible.

Our sauce has an average nutritional content of: Fat: 0.8g, Carbohydrates: 1.2g, Protein: 0.7g, and Calories: 14.8.

We offer free delivery within San Diego, Orange, Los Angeles, Riverside, and Imperial counties.

How soon can I get my first set of meals?

Should you place an order prior to 2 pm on Sunday, we will arrange for delivery on the ensuing Sunday or Monday, contingent upon the week’s demand. Our utmost endeavor is to promptly deliver nutritious meals to you.

Do I have to be home for delivery?

Being present at home is not a requirement for delivery. Our delivery drivers will update you on their route progress and meal arrival. Our meals are securely packed in thermal insulated bags with ice packs, allowing them to remain at your doorstep for up to 3 hours after delivery.Our driver will notify you through text regarding the dispatch and subsequent delivery of your package.

Are your packaging materials eco-friendly?

Your environmental awareness is truly valued. The delivery bags are indeed yours to keep. To support sustainability, we sanitize and reuse them whenever feasible. Should you opt to leave the bags outside for collection on Sundays, rest assured they will be thoroughly sanitized and repurposed for upcoming deliveries. Your cooperation in our eco-friendly initiatives is greatly appreciated.

Stolen Bag? Here’s how we can help

In the unfortunate event that your bag is stolen, we offer a 50% discount on the replacement cost of a new bag. This policy aims to alleviate the inconvenience and ensure you continue to receive your meals without significant delay or additional cost.

Failed Delivery Due to Incorrect Address? Here’s What to Do!

If a failed delivery is due to a client error, such as providing an incorrect address, not supplying necessary delivery instructions, or requesting a last-minute change to the delivery day or address, the following fees will apply:

Recovered Bag: If the bag is recovered, a $7 fee will apply for re-delivery. This fee covers the additional handling and transportation costs.

Unrecoverable Bag: If If the bag cannot be returned to our facility, we offer a 50% discount on the replacement cost of a new bag. This policy ensures that you can still receive your meals with minimal extra cost.

Changing Your Address After Dispatch? Here’s What to Know!

Prior to Dispatch: There will be no charge for changing the delivery address before your bag is dispatched. This allows for flexibility in your plans and ensures that your meals are delivered to the correct location.

Post-Dispatch: If the delivery address is changed after dispatch and the driver are 2 miles radius change, no charge will be applied. Otherwise, a $7 fee will apply. This fee covers the additional logistical efforts required to redirect the delivery.

Post-Dispatch without Return Possible: If the delivery address is changed after dispatch and the driver cannot bring the bag back, a 50% fee will apply. This policy helps cover the costs associated with preparing and delivering a new bag to the updated address.

How does billing work?

Billing will be automatically initiated every Wednesday at noon for the upcoming week. If you intend to pause, skip, or downgrade your subscription, kindly reach out to us before the Wednesday noon billing deadline to make necessary arrangements.

Can I switch plans?

Certainly, should you choose to modify your plan, whether it involves altering the number of weekly meals or adjusting your fitness goal, you can easily communicate your request by sending an email to info@mealprepsundaysandiego.com. Our dedicated customer service team will promptly assist you with your preferences.

When do I get the workout plan?

Upon confirming your initial order, a complimentary 90-day synchronized workout plan will be dispatched to your email within a maximum of one day following your order. If, by any chance, you have not received this plan, please don’t hesitate to contact us at info@mealprepsundaysandiego.com, and we will promptly rectify the situation and ensure the plan’s timely delivery to you.

Do I have to reorder every week?

Not at all, after your initial purchase, you will smoothly transition into our recurring payment process. This means you will experience automated billing each Wednesday at noon, ensuring your meals are conveniently delivered to your doorstep every Sunday.

Can I substitute a meal I don’t like?

Certainly, you have the option to select the specific meals you desire directly on our website. Alternatively, you can inform us of your dietary restrictions and preferences, and we will automatically curate the meal selection for you. To ensure your personalized meal selection for the week, please make your choices from Monday evening until 12:00pm PT on Wednesday. This time frame ensures our culinary team has ample time to source the freshest ingredients and craft your meals to perfection.

Do you offer a one-time trial without subscription commitment?

Absolutely! Once you sign up for a plan, you’re automatically enrolled in our weekly subscription service. However, if you’d like to try our service just once without the ongoing commitment, we’re here to assist. Upon placing your initial order, you can reach out to our customer service team, and they’ll make a note to place your account on hold after your first order. This pause is completely free of charge. We’ll eagerly await your feedback, and when you’re ready to continue, simply request to reactivate your account. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we’re here to make your experience as convenient and flexible as possible.

Cut-Off Time

How it works?

Cut-off times are essential deadlines that ensure smooth and efficient service for our clients and deliveries. They help maintain the organization and predictability of our operations, allowing us to purchase ingredients and schedule our team for preparation. Any changes to your order after this time may result in wasted products.

Please note that we only accept requests made through our website using the procedure outlined above to ensure that your request will be implemented as asked. Requests made through other communication channels will not be applied.

Cancellation

Pre-Cut-Off Time (Before Wednesday 12 PM): You may cancel your upcoming delivery through your dashboard anytime before Wednesday at 12 PM (noon). If you cancel within this window, your subscription will be paused, no charges will be applied, and no delivery will occur for the upcoming week.

Post-Cut-Off Time (After Wednesday 12 PM): If you cancel after Wednesday at 12 PM, the cancellation will automatically apply to the following week’s delivery. You will still be charged, and the meals will be delivered as scheduled. As a second option after the cutoff we offer options like changing your delivery day or address. Extra Cost Notification: Please note that for certain meals, an additional charge of $1.00 will apply for each serving selected beyond the first two. If you choose more than two servings of a meal designated with the appropriate icon, an extra charge will be incurred. For example:

If you select 2 servings, the cost will remain the standard price.
If you select 3 servings, the cost will be the standard price plus $1.00.
If you select 4 servings, the cost will be the standard price plus $2.00.

Be sure to pay attention to the icon indicating which meals are subject to this additional charge.

Failed Delivery

Client Mistake: If a failed delivery is due to a client error, such as providing an incorrect address, not supplying necessary delivery instructions, or requesting a last-minute change to the delivery day or address, the following fees will apply:

Recovered Bag: If the bag is recovered, a $7 fee will apply for re-delivery. This fee covers the additional handling and transportation costs.

Unrecoverable Bag: If the bag cannot be returned to our facility, we will offer a 50% discount on the cost of a new bag to cover the costs of preparing and delivering a new bag.

Incorrect Items Received

If you receive an incorrect quantity of meals or incorrect meal selections, we will arrange for a re-delivery to rectify the error by replacing the incorrect or missing items. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we strive to ensure that your order meets your expectations every time.
